Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
Orbitek Digital Solutions ("Orbitek," "we," "us," or "our") operates orbitek.com.au and provides digital marketing services, including advertising management on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms, to our clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
From website visitors: When you contact us through our website (e.g. a contact form or enquiry), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
From our clients: To deliver our services, we collect business information from our clients, including contact details, business name, website URL, and advertising account identifiers (such as Meta Ad Account IDs, Facebook Page IDs, and Google Ads Customer IDs).
Automatically collected data: Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to understand site usage (see Section 6, Cookies).
2. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Platform Data
As part of our advertising management services, Orbitek uses the Meta Graph API and Marketing API to access data on behalf of our clients, who have authorised us to manage their Meta advertising and Facebook Page presence. This includes:
- Advertising performance data: spend, impressions, clicks, reach, and related campaign metrics for our clients' ad accounts
- Page insights: aggregate metrics such as follower/fan counts for our clients' Facebook Pages
We do not collect personal information about individual Facebook or Instagram users (such as names, profile data, or personal posts) through this integration. The data we access is aggregate advertising and Page performance data belonging to our clients' own advertising accounts and Pages, which we are authorised to manage.
This data is used solely to provide reporting and campaign management services to the specific client it belongs to, and is not shared with any other client or third party.
Data deletion: A client (or a user who has authorised Orbitek's access to their Meta assets) may request that we delete any data we hold at any time by contacting us at admin@orbitek.com.au. We will action deletion requests within 30 days. Clients can also revoke Orbitek's access to their Meta advertising accounts or Facebook Pages at any time via their own Meta Business Settings.
